Crown Perth – Infinity Suite (Presidential Suite)
The project consisted of total refurbishment for the new Infinity Suite on level 9. Top world class finishes were achieved through custom made paneling works to both ceilings and walls. The upholstered wall, timber feature veneer and mirrored stainless steel panels completed this complicated fit-out.
Cabinetworks were individually designed with a detailed selection of stoneworks, all imported from Italy, complete with unique hardware and fittings achieved the overall quality of the works.
All rooms were individually designed and furnished with top luxury furniture to ensure maximum comfort. The entertaining room was installed with sound absorbent material to maximize acoustic performance; complete with a Karaoke and surround sound system. Integrated with intelligent lighting systems and remote control curtains and blinds. Fit-out also comprised of a fully equipped kitchen to facilitate VIP requirements.
Entertainment areas including dining and living rooms which have panoramic views of Perth city.
The hotel was fully operational during construction; this required PS Structures to work closely with the client to ensure minimum inconvenience to the guests at all times.
The electrical lighting and finished surfaces formed an integral part of the design to ensure the correct ambience.
The co-ordination of shop drawings ensured the correct positioning of wall lights and controls within the detailed wall fabric panels. This critical interface of the work was instrumental in the success of the overall contract.
